昨晚的晚餐:三成熟安格斯牛柳,先用大量黑椒,少許海鹽加適量橄欖油醃四天,再用鑊煎。配菜是泰國有機皇帝菜。佐以 Rosemont Estate Show Reserve Shiraz。
