Dynamic Infrastructure: Building a Smarter Planet (by IBM)

I found this video while searching for the term “Smarter Supply Chain”. It is about a bunch of IBMers speak about how current infrastructure constrains change whereas a dynamic infrastructure enables companies to respond quickly to change:
